Client hereby retains She Leads Me, LLC to perform the following services: 

Premier Leadership Collective MasterMind Group 2022-2023 starting October 1st, 2022 and ending June 31st, 2023.

The following fees shall apply:
$499 per month between October 1st, 2021 and June 31st, 2022.

The Client agrees to set up payments on a subscription basis, allowing She Leads Me, LLC to process each payment on the first of every month of the program duration. 

The Client acknowledges and understands that this is a 9 month term and all payments during this term shall be collected by She Leads Me, LLC no matter the Clients level of participation.
